Ruler after Rumule, daughter of Emerald
After Emerald's death, King Bloodstreak took over, and as an apology for Rumule's loss, made him heir.
Bloodstreak was briefly afterwards maimed by King Shere, the tiger, Ruler of The Jungle. Rumule then, of course, became Ruler. He was very proud of Alexis, and immediately named her heir as he set off to avenge Bloodstreak's death. He claimed that it was very likely he would die, so he was naming Alexis heir and soon-to-be Ruler. Alexis argued, saying that he couldn't die and she didn't want her father to die.
Like Rumule promised, he died and the Rulership was passed on to Alexis.
Her uncle, Badger, badly wanted to be heir and begged for it continuously. Alexis told him that he would have to prove to be worthy and earn it, so Badger became overly protective and extremely annoying.
Out of annoyance, Queen Alexis climbed her mother's tree for advice. As she expected, her mother's spirit slipped gracefully out of the tree.
"Alexis, I want you to listen to me about this."
"Okay... What?"
"I know you look up to me as Ruler-"
"Yes, I do."
"Listen, please. Anyway, it's not me who's supposed to be all great and all. It's you. I wasn't great at ruling; I wasn't bad, but I wasn't the best. What I was the best at, however, was being a mother. I was a great mother. You are a great ruler, destined to be a legend passed down in the Territories and beyond. They chose me to be your mother and guide you. And I gave you a great start. Don't let me down, Alexis." And with that, the tree sucked up her beautiful spirit, gone forever.
